We at EmblazeOne want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact us through our website. We’re available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
 
In the event you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we urge you to contact us with the reason(s) so that we could further enhance experience for other users and provide you with a full refund. 
 
Full refunds will be provided within three (3) days of your purchase and/or 15-minute activity in our premium members area (whichever comes first).  NOTE: No refunds are provided after more than three (3) days following purchase, or if you’ve accessed your premium account for fifteen (15) minutes or longer.

YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT EmblazeOne MAY IMMEDIATELY AUTHORIZE YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR OTHER APPROVED FACILITY) IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE THEN CURRENT MEMBERSHIP RATE (“VIP RECURRING MEMBERSHIP FEE") FOR EACH PERIOD OF PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP (THE “VIP RECURRING MEMBERSHIP PERIOD"). YOU CAN CANCEL AUTOMATIC BILLING AT ANYTIME BY LOGGING IN YOUR USER ACCOUNT PANEL.
